Stay hydrated. Had a lifter who came back from the US Olympic Training Center that told me he needed to keep hydrated and he needed to pee once an hour. The key is to drink about 50% of your bodyweight in ounces. So if you weigh 160 lbs, you need to drink 80 ounces of water per day. That is like drinking 10 glasses of water per day or in other words 8 ounces per hour. Not hard to do. As a lifter you may need more than that because you will be sweating during your workout. You will get more than that when you count in other beverages and fruits and vegetables. Hope this was helpful...
