It's finally official. We were told a few weeks ago that the gym was closing on June 13, 2016, and it did.
Your workouts should last no more than an hour, which includes warm up. Research shows that your testosterone increases naturally once you begin working out and decreases after 45 minutes. So lifting over 45 minutes will in effect produce less testosterone and more cortisol, which increases body fat storage, not our intent. So do yourself a favor and keep your workouts short and productive. Be strong.
