As a Personal Coach and Consultant, I have definite ideas concerning an athlete's approach to training and weightlifting. Training for off-season or training for an Olympic weightlifting contest, I can help! Each one hour session is packed full of instruction and motivation to keep you moving forward toward your goals. If you are a beginner, I will go over the fundamentals of the technique which is taught by the USAW. If you are more advanced, we can go over the finer points of your technique or routine so that you can maximize your performance. This page is presented to provide and show my own training advice and fitness tips. Some of my own lifts are on YouTube. I am the catalyst to help you grow in your sport or life in general. Everybody comes to me with different agendas and I work with you to find what you are looking for and to help change your experience. I have worked with non-athletes as young as 13 and as old as 80. I have coached athletes to a gold medal performance at local and national competitions. Regardless of your skill level, there will be improvement in your strength, speed, balance and agility.
